Team Pro’s stream tonight to raise money for Bolivia
By Bob Garcia
ACR Team Pro, Drew “BetOnDrew” Gonzalez has been doing a lot of traveling so far in 2022, making stops at various poker series around the country. But that hasn’t stopped him from finding time to mix in some charity work.
Tonight (Friday, May 6th) at 5pm ET on twitch.tv/betondrew, Drew will be hosting a charity stream to raise funds for the Compassion International organization. Along with Drew will be a number of other streamers combining their efforts from May 6th-20th to help bring computers & internet to underprivileged children in Bolivia.
To help encourage people to get behind this cause, Drew is offering to write the name on his body of everybody who donates a minimum of $20! Plus, the 1st person to donate $500+ will get to choose Drew’s hair color for the month of June (the 1st month of the WSOP).
Alongside these items, Drew is also going to be offering a variety of other prizes and raffles based on donations and milestones hit.
We reached out to Drew for comment and he was happy to oblige.
“I’ve been working with and donating to Compassion International since 2015 and this organization has always held a special place in my heart. When I was presented with the opportunity to work with them again, I couldn’t pass it up, regardless of what I had going on in my schedule. I’m very lucky to do what I do to make a living, so whenever I see a good opportunity to give back – I do it. Thanks to ACR for putting up some tickets for the giveaways, and thanks for helping raise awareness around my stream. I hope we can hit our goal!”
We hope to see you at Drew’s Stream tonight!
